The Challenge: With the "fast-casual" restaurant segment showing double-digit growth, plans for restaurant start-up Ladles included opening 15 corporate-owned locations in three cities.
The Solution: Starting design work before the first restaurant was built, we worked in tandem with the client to overcome hurdles during menu creation, interior design, build-out and grand-openings for multiple locations. Evolution Design provided market research, naming services, a logo & corporate identity, menu boards, displays, printed menus, labels, bags, drink containers, photography & styling services, interior & exterior signage, vehicle graphics, and creative campaign development including ads and mailers.
