The Challenge: The principals of South County San Diego-based Chalfa Builders, Inc. have a long history in the development industry. Ready to launch a new business venture, they needed a logo and corporate identity to promote their diverse real estate services.
The Solution: The modern logo design was intended to portray the dynamic, innovative nature of the company within the constantly changing San Diego real estate market. The corporate identity design included letterhead and envelopes as well as a dramatic business card design featuring a deboss for the "C" symbol, using two ink colors plus a coating on glossy paper. Digital files were delivered in a variety of formats for the client to use in internal documents, presentations and signage applications.
