The Challenge: When out-of-town landscape contractors started underbidding the San Diego market, Benchmark Landscape Companies chose to upgrade their marketing tools and corporate image.
The Solution: Evolution Design created a new logo design and coporate identity, annual newsletter, ads, sales brochure, recruiting brochure, trade show booth and new website design. After many web design design options were reviewed, a semi-liquid layout was selected, to view well on multiple monitor sizes. Using stock and custom photography, we created a look perfectly consistent across all their marketing tools. To help Benchmark recruit new staff in a tight labor market, we used several flash animations to invite prospective employees to learn more about available positions and benefits. Descriptive wording for all pages and optimization of their extensive library of landscape project photos helped create a brand that reflects Benchmark's leading market position.
