The Challenge: Hosting and web development company OvalEye Web Solutions needed a website design for a top Southern California based electrical contractor client.
The Solution: Evolution Design provided static web design services for the Par Electrical Contractors website, including interface and navigation design, programming recommendations, custom illustration, and stock photo acquisition. The design featured a liquid layout, for optimal display on large monitor sizes. Web-optimized graphic files were provided to the programming team for the creation of web page templates for the homepage and a variety of sub-pages. Additional header graphics were displayed randomly to provide fresh visuals to return visitors. A content management system was created to allow the client to update information and project photos. In 2008 the website was closed when the company merged their online presence into an existing corporate website.
